One of the things that excites me about owning my own business is the opportunity to constantly improve it.  Every time I find a way to add value to the listener's experience, tweak the website, or improve processes makes me feel like I'm moving forward and reaching greater heights.  At the end of the day I might be completely exhausted, but when I think about what I accomplished, I know it was worth it.  Constant improvement is important to me because I'm motivated to deliver the best business content possible to help your business.  You are the best part of The John Adam Show and the reason it exists...thanks for listening!

Hil and his business partner Veeral Rathod left Wall St. to start their own business.  Using a business model similar to Amazon.com, J. Hilburn has created a smaller, more efficient supply chain and can offer the same merchandise as an upscale retailer for half the price.
