It seems that when I get really busy the first thing to go is my health...I don't eat right, I'll skip a workout, and get to bed a little later than I should. Even though I got more work done, my body now feels malnourshed, dehydrated, sluggish and tired, and that makes the next day even worse! This week we'll talk about how to end that cycle and learn to make better choices to keep us at the top of our game!
